- you have to wait longer, they close in 2-3 weeks, then review, i believe
- they have permissions to accept/decline bots
- they have to wait in the queue, otherwise that would be abuse
and the queue goes in order, you cant skip bots then review it later

The "Other owners of this bot" section is formatted incorrectly. This appears when trying to edit owners in the Bot Edit section.
This issue has been there for at least a year, and persists in the new HUD. It happens often with "Servers this bot is in" as well. All I am entering in the field is the 18-digit user id, and it's a user that's also registered on the site. I've disabled adblock, used other browsers, etc.
Sometimes it does accept it. 9 times out of 10 it does not. I had 2 users in there comma-separated, and today I just wanted to remove one. No joy. Whether adding, removing, or editing, the issue is common, inconsistent and not a result of user input or choice of device. Other users I know have the same difficulty.
