@sturdy swan discord don't want to allow under 13s probably because that would require a whole new system to track that parental consent and a whole new level of PG channels well below that of NSFW channels and they aren't prepared to do this, it's not discords target audience. I'm thinking this is why the U13 rule exists in discords TOS.
