Bots in queue are sorted by their submission date. Moderators are NOT allowed to skip bots in our bot queue, except if they:

When the bot is approved, the bot has to be added here in the top gg discord for me to do the command tests on the channels?

We've decided that we're no longer going to be adding approved bots into this server. With regards to statuses being displayed on the site, we will display the online status for bots that aren't within this guild until we develop a different system to account for this change.

The new system is in the works that will be implemented into the default API libraries and will automatically keep you going forward.
