Some of them can be found on https://top.gg/api/docs under the tools section. As for how long it takes I'm not entirely sure. When I used to check it, it usually updates pretty quick but I did have an issue a while back while helping a user where it took quite some time.

Bots are added to a testing guild and checked to see if they abide by #rules-and-info

If they do then theyre approved, but we no longer add bots to this server

hey @fierce prism I took a look yesterday and haven't managed to find any obvious mistake with how we display later pages (since afaik this doesn't happen on the front page so it's not super top priority atm unfortunately). I'm currently busy with other features but I'll ping you for an update once I get around to fixing this
