My guess would be background queue processing congestion. Its the weekend, their overall activity usually increases on days like this. Probably a bottleneck somewhere

Webhooks have to be responded with a 2xx status code within 5 seconds or its automatically classified as a failure and retried. They will retry up to 10 times with an exponential backoff maxing out at about 17 minutes for the final attempt.

Also I do know of a recent bug with discord itself where bots maintained their outbound connection but completely dropped inbound message listeners. I haven't ran into this issue myself, but doing some looking around, that might have something to do with it. Idk keeping options open

I have been trying to upvote a server for the last four days whenever I am able to, but it never goes through. I have tried logging out and signing back in again, using a different device/browser, using a VPN, and just waiting and I never get the rewards associated with that server for doing so, and it still says I have never voted. To put it simply, votes expire after 28 days of creation. So, a vote will appear to be going down when in reality, the one from 28 days ago is falling off, well new ones coming in to make the difference which is some cases is not enough to outweigh the ones dropping off.
