If your entity were to get decline, you would open a #staff-tickets and paste your bot ID in there, and the system will find you who reviewed that bot, and add them to a private ticket with you and them to talk about the decline.

As for waiting in queue again, if it were in-fact our bad for mistakenly declining your bot, we will expedite a review for you immediately. If it was an error on your end, you would submit the bot again, and the listing would go back to the last place it was in the queue, not at the back. So it shouldn't be a full wait time again.

I have an update regarding my submission issue. While troubleshooting, I noticed something unusual in my Discord Authorized Apps: there were two different Top.gg applications listed there. One was from the current bot and another one from your older system/bot from years ago.

To fix this, I did the following:

• I removed both Top.gg authorized apps from my account.

• I kicked the bot from my server.

• I restarted the submission process from the beginning.

Unfortunately, I am now stuck with a new error: "Something went wrong. Invalid user response" (as shown in the attached screenshot). It seems like the presence of the old application data might have caused a conflict in my account's connection to your platform.

Could you please check my account on your end and clear any old data that might be causing this "Invalid user response" error?

I believe you reviewed my bot and made a mistake when you said the roles were not properly set. That issue would be on your end, not with the bot. I have tested it myself and others have tested it as well.

The bot needs full permissions for lockout mode to work correctly. You mentioned that you only gave it Manage Roles and Manage Channels, but those are not the permissions it is supposed to have. It also needs the ability to move and disconnect members from voice chat.

However, the bot is already set with full Administrator permissions, so something must not have been configured correctly when you added it, or the bot may have had some permissions removed.

It requires full permissions because it needs the ability to move or disconnect users, including Discord server owners and administrators, within the server it is in.

When it comes to the report button for reviews on the website, it doesn’t have a reason for reporting so is it just flagging for harmful content or could it be used for blatantly false reviews? A user joined my bots server the other day, said there was “literally no where that shows basic commands” and left a 1 star review on the bot saying the same thing, despite me replying to him and saying that the bots description tells people to use “help” command, there’s a FAQ channel in the support server that goes over basic commands, the bot sends you a brief tutorial message etc

I would generally recommend to implement a fallback layer for high traffic to also fetch our queue through HTTP (this runs through the same data that is used to check whether a user can vote again) here: https://docs.top.gg/docs/API/v1/projects#get-votes

When submitting it asks you what kind of prefix that you use. You can just enter the / itself.

As far as permissions I would recommend only the perms needed but from experience as long as your bot doesn’t have admin perms.
