I have given my bot quite a lot of time to update on the page.

I used the api to send that my bot is in 18 servers. I then let it sit for like 1-2 days even refresh data. When I use the get bot stats it shows that top.gg says it is in 18.

Comes up fine for me when I search "CardCompanion" which is the name of your bot. You have no mention of "Card Companion" with any spaces, so they won't be considered relevant in search results.

You can do a few mentions in your description with the space, and you'll stazrst appearing
