the community managers work with the developers to reduce the vote botting, if they can't come to an agreement, then the bot is removed from the site. this isn't something that can be fixed in a few minutes, it takes a few weeks, maybe even months. after they make changes, give updates, etc.

this would be if the vote botting is happening without the developer's knowledge which sometimes happens. for example if the bot has a feature that requires voting and people want to bypass that

regardless if the vote botting is happening with or without the developer's knowledge, the community managers try work out a solution with them. i can't go into details as it is case by case

Uhm... quick question, why are the official docs mentioning topgg-autoposter which is not on the official github org of topgg, and just takes in the Bot's client... Seems like a massive possible vulnerability to me... All that random person needs to do is to update their npm package to send them the Bot token from the client and have complete control over all the bots using that package after some time (I'm ot saying that that's happening anytime soon, but I don't want to randomly hand out something that contains my bot token...)

I assume that this is done for simplicity's sake. You have to provide the client to top.gg-autoposter because it is easier to do something under the hood than to ask the user to provide a specific thing from the client. This library looks very much like “plug and play,” without the need for much configuration. As for the second question, I assume that this is caused by rate limits imposed on the top.gg API. In the case of larger bots, the bot may send guildCreate events so often that it will simply be blocked by top.gg + there is no need to update the number of servers in real time because it is cached by top.gg anyway afaik.

As for your bot's profile picture, you need to update it in the Discord developer portal and press the "refresh data" button on your bot's page

If you want to add an image to your bot's description, you can use the <img> html tag for that
