I created a support ticket at https://support.top.gg because the auctions page is not working for me (displays literally nothing) and after emailing the support agent back (through my email client) it doesn't seem like they have received the message or haven't seen it. Is it possible there's a problem with adblocks blocking sponsored ads now? I tried with ublock origin and I don't see any sponsored slots since a little more than a week. I run auctions every week, and this week I had a CTR of 52% compared with 75% on average for 12 weeks of advertising. It becomes a problem if I pay for advertising that people don't see (if possible, don't count it as an impression when the ad is blocked).

Ad impressions do not get tracked if the ad is not loaded, so you shouldn't lose on impressions

I've just tried 4 times to load the page with my ad's tag, and all 4 times the impression has increased

Are you sure those are your impressions? we rely on a few factors including checking whether the avatar loads on the ad to send impression statistics and I'm not seeing any ads after adblock get their images loaded.
