I have a user (ID: 780105577480847400) reporting that my bot isn't recording their top.gg votes. I log every vote request I get and have not record of receiving a vote request for them. I also had them tell me exactly when they voted (on two separate occasions) so I could check if I was receiving a vote at all to confirm they weren't just logged into the wrong account on top.gg, and I didn't receive a vote on either occasion. Is anyone able to check if there is any issues with this specific user on top.gg side? This is the first time I've had this reported and my bot (Birthday Bot) processes around 12k votes per month
