I had someone in support tickets like 2 days ago that ran into the same issue, apparently it worked the next day when they had replaced their invite link with a shorted one (e.g. bit.ly)

you could also try clicking on the network tab before submitting and then look at the submit API request - theres quite a few errors that don't get handled visually but the error message the API returns gives more context

Currently our average bot reviewal time is a few days or more.

Because of this — and because some bots take longer to review than others due to their features — we can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed as quickly as someone else's in the past and we also can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed within that timeframe. There is no exact time for how long bot approval can take. There is no way to check your bot's position in our reviewal queue, but remember you're not first and you're not last!

To have your bot's server count displayed on Top.gg, please read the documentation on server/shard posting.

It does rely on the honour system but, if you saw a bot declaring on top.gg to be in X servers, and you suspect it's untrue, look it up in Discord's App Directory and Discord has a counter there that it controls and shows the true number of servers the bot is in. You can compare that figure to what's in top.gg.

For my bot, I've built an hourly background task where it reports it's latest server and shard count. These stats are scrapped by dblstatistics.com regularly too for all bots so thats another avenue to look at and compare regularly growth over time to identify if it looks suspicious.

Yeah that's what I tought. I mean I don't really rely on that info so much, but I just wondered how much I could rely on it. Also, because I recently restarted posting the server counts there is a 40 servers bump in one post and I wondered if that would be blocked.
