here are a few ways you can try to resolve this if the mentioned above steps are already done:

• kick and re-invite the bot into your server, then ensuring the steps above are still done
• changing your reward role back and forth (changing it to something different, saving, then changing it back to the role you want)

Hello! I just set up an account at top.gg to advertise our discord server. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work for me. I tried to add our discord on the https://top.gg/servers/new page but there's no button or anything to add a server. There's just a "Add your server to Top.gg" and a "Manage your existing servers" text but nothing more. The next thing I tried was adding funds to the account by using the credit card option. There, I just get an error message despite trying 3 different cards (master and visa) which are both 100% active and covered. Any help is much appreciated.

My bot failed due to a api key check, although the bot is not smart enough to tell the reason for error, it does work, it looks like the tester, I am guessing, used a OpenAI api key that is at max quota. I believe there is good chance it was the tester. A valid, non restricted API key works perfectly. I can resubmit the bot but if the tester uses same key, it will error because their openai quota is full. I am going to add a message to state such, to clarify key errors.

What are credits?

• If enough people vote for your bot or server per month, you have the ability to earn vote credits that you can then use for auctions.

How does the system work?

• Each month, bot monthly votes reset (midnight UTC).

I got bot application rejected for the dumbest reason, the bot reviewer says that my bot is a unmodified version of a discord bot which I have never heard of, I looked the github link provided on the rejection message, joined their discord server and I went ahead checked out the bot and after using some commands I compared it to my bot’s command and it was nothing like. I have DMed the bot reviewer who rejected my bot, but haven’t gotten a answer, and this is really frustrating as it my third, fourth time getting rejected. Here are some images of the comparison.
