I was too lazy to boot my laptop at home and have a 1h commute. I've tried both my new phone and my previous phone, as well as a tablet lying around the house. Two run FF, one uses reskinned firefox whatever mobile browser my dad likes, I just popped open a vote link and logged in

I think it's the DuckDuckGo browser for Android, which is why I'm guessing reskinned FF.
That said, the issue does seem to be very specific and might be a bug on the browser side instead

The average up-to-date approval times are stated [here](#support message).

Currently our average bot reviewal times are around one week or more. Because of this — and because some bots take longer to review than others due to their features — we can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed as quickly as someone else's in the past and we also can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed within that timeframe. There is no exact time for how long bot approval can take. There is no way to check your bot's position in our reviewal queue, but remember you're not first and you're not last!

You may edit your bot's page as much as you like both before and after it's reviewed and this will have no impact on its place in queue.

In the meantime, please make sure your bot follows all of our Bot Guidelines for a quick and smooth approval!
