If someone has trust issues when it comes to making people Admin with Administrator permissions that's understandable, but when it comes to regular Staff you will need that at some point. You won't be able to run a server just by yourself. It would be like running a busy restaurant all by yourself which wouldn't be possible

If you're going to get some Staff members, I suggest you just limit the permissions they have and limit the amount of moderation commands they can use

I've moderated and managed multiple partnered servers in the past and still do, so that's what I would suggest

Basically, the CPM is the amount of $ you want to spend per 1000 clicks, the second box is the maximum amount of money you want to spend

So if you put $5 in the first slot and $10 in the second slot, you'll be given 2000 impressions and be charged $10
