When a command is ran most of the time your bot will return with a help message but most of the time this doesn't actually explain how to use the command. It either says none or says what the command is about rather then how to use it.
Also would recommend returning an error rather then a reaction when something goes wrong/the user doesn't have permissions to use the command so they know what exactly is going wrong.
