We successfully created a ticket panel, but when trying to send it, it did not work. This happened both when using the /ticket-manage send command and the dashboard.
The bot had the View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links permissions in the channel where we tried to send the panel, as well as the Manage Channels and Manage Roles permissions required for ticket creation.
Please make sure your bot does not require unnecessary permissions such as Administrator and only requests the permissions it truly needs. Please fix this and reapply.
