ive been working on something for awhile now, a multi-tenant support site that connects to jira and hygraph (cms), tenants can use hygraph to customize the website and it works off a subdomain. It also lets the user use there own bot application to run a ticket bot tool that connects to jira. Tickets replies/updates happen through bot dm and on the website, one of the final touches im doing to the bot (idk if its possible yet) is to try to have jira auto assign tickets and the bot ping that mod/admin in a private channel.
