My argument was not specific towards the Windows Server Manager, my point is that just because someone may need a guide to set something up and run doesn't mean it's not intuitive, sure some things may be easier on Windows to set up (especially with a GUI), but especially considering the fact that I've setup many CI systems around very large projects (Node.js, V8, LLVM, ICU, ...), it has always almost posed a new challenge to overcome when none of the other operating systems did, even when it comes to servers
