People keep u-turning in my city and it blocks traffic and pedestrians from crossing the road or they u turn after and the pedestrian blocks the upcoming cars and the car u-turning and the whole thing backs up, i think they should add a tool in the road services tab to remove u-turns in a selected area.

No. On the non-median roads or RoadBuilder roads some traffics suddenly do U-turn even if there were no junctions.

This is pretty realistic. I'd love to toggle the police and justice budget around to effect happiness, health and movement by enforcement along lines of traffic, violence, illegal trade, public intoxication. Maybe even have special enforcement zones but city zones. The same would hold true for city beautification, city services.. sigh, its going to be a long development curve.

No. Even that nods are irrelevant. When I set bus/tram stops up on the median platforms, traffics just go through bus/tram stops!

Traffic mechanics are still frustrating on this game
U-turns, random lane switching (including at red lights) and peds just randomly crossing roads when there's no traffic light
