I have an idea: since the Bridges & Ports DLC allows citizens to be transported to areas cut off from the city without bridges, I think it would be perfect to add small General Aviation aircraft to the game to transport citizens and Cargo, as well as passenger and cargo helicopters that would transport passengers and Cargo to places in the city that would not be accessible by land (no tracks or roads). It would also be good to add the appropriate infrastructure for these new means of transport, such as small General Aviation aircraft, small airports specially adapted for them, and helipads for helicopters. Of course, there should be a combined function, for example, airport A with airport B on the island, or landing pad A with landing pad B on the island, as in the case of ferries. I think this would be a great development, especially for those who want to replicate places cut off from roads, such as Alaska, where ferries and small Planes General Aviation are the most common means of transport. As air transport is the fastest means of transport for people and goods, it would be a great alternative and the fastest way to travel within a city from one area to another.

Agree, suggested similar last year. 🙂 https://discord.com/channels/263634513861541888/1303559650502905916

It's great that someone liked my idea, it's just a shame that this idea is repetitive and my post will probably be deleted because it's repetitive, but maybe I'll come up with another idea that isn't repetitive.
Airport expansion pack would go crazy
Don't worry, duplicates don't tend to be deleted
In my opinion, such a small change, which is not revolutionary but merely a development of the basic transport system in the game, should be included in the update.
I mean, if you can customize your port with the B&P DLC, why not customize your Airport
