Mods completely break the game every time. | Cities: Skylines | Page 1

Hey, so I really want to start a heavily realistic city on cities skylines 2 after playing both games for the last 4 years. But downloading mods constantly crashes my game or makes the UI disappear. I've narrowed it down to Anarchy and the packs made by Paradox devs, so it surely isn't the mods as it works for others. I have redownloaded twice, updated drivers, checked mods, but the game just always crashes or doesn't load UI. If you know absolutely anything about whats going on please give me a hand I'm at a loss right now, Thank you!

(I'm using the Xbox app on PC, and using Paradox mods built in to the game)

Try downloading skyve and maybe that will help you determine the issue

Thanks, I've downloaded Skyve but its not flagged anything to my knowledge. Still very useful thanks!

I've narrowed it down to:
Unified Icon Library
ExtraLib
l18n EveryWhere
ExtraAssetsImporter
Asset Packs Manager

Does anyone know if these are incompatible or deprecated mods?

erm... UI disappeared when loading a save with only these library mods on, but when testing to see if any were incompatible the save loaded completely fine, in the same circumstances it had when it didn't load

Pretty sure its Extradetailingtools or one of the mods that use it, if anyone knows fixes that would be helpful but its in a playable state now!
