Decided to make a thread of my city of Clarkston, vaguely based off a couple of American cities such as Houston, Seattle, Portland, and Boston.

Think I might rename the -X lines to 2XX
So
5/6X -> 256
12X -> 212
18X -> 218

#

just to make it a little "easier" to differentiate between the express and regular bus lines

Taking a break from Cities Skylines as I feel like I've become too obsessed with it it's starting to affect my personal life. I'll come back to it once I get my shit in order and am able to keep my addiction under control.

All of these modes of transit fall under the Greater Clarkston Regional Transportation Authority, with the exception of the Airport PeopleMover which is owned and operated by the airport

#

The two main branches of the RTA are METRO and C-Trains, there may or may not be a third branch in the future for far flung/suburban transit

#

METRO owns and operates the light rail, BRT, and local and express buses while the C-Trains operates, you guessed it, the C-Trains LOL

#

While South Clarkston owns the monorail/M Line, METRO operates and maintains the monorail

#

Wanted to add a bit of lore to my transit system lol

#

Also the third possible branch will deal with both regional buses and far-flung suburban buses/shuttles

#

still want to take a break but had the urge to play again lol

expanded the urban greenway loop and added access between NODO/CBD, the freeway, and the waterfront

#

also widened the freeway cause yknow one more lane amiright oh5hehe_tss

New Slightly Updated Legend
Slightly Updated Legend
Trams/Light Rail ( MetroRail A-D Lines)
Monorail (MetroRail M Line)
BRT (MetroRapid/R lines)
Train (C-Trains T lines)
Express bus (METRO line 2XX)
Airport Peoplemover (AIRPORT)
Local Buses (METRO line XX)
Outer local bus routes (CATS Line 1XX)
Outer Regional/Express Buses (CATS Line 3XX)

#

The outer region is anywhere outside the outer loop area if that makes sense

#

So METRO - Transit within the region
C-Train - Commuter Rail
CATS (Clarkston Area Transit System) - Outer region
All three transit branches are under the Greater Clarkston Regional Transportation Authority

for some reason my R1 line doesn't show up in mapview, i hope i didn't accidentally delete it 😭

#

maybe its cause i hid it in-game and forgot to unhide it
