I think it will be good to have a new tool that can change the speed limit of roads. It can be unlocked in the technological tree. This will change the gameplay of many players and cities !

Yes but we can't select a long road, we just can select a road part

This should in game but it should have some limits, you shouldn't be able to make an alley 100 km/h
