Heavily based on Miami-Dade County, it comprises a lot of the real world icons of Florida including Flamingo Beach (Miami Beach), Flamingo City (Miami), Challenger Island (Dodge Island), Centurion Islands (Venetian Islands) and attractions such as The Blues Stadium (Hard Rock Stadium) and Beach Drive (Ocean Drive).

My initial plan when I started this save was to try to incorporate significant cities from the four corners of the U.S. (mainly Miami, NYC, LA/SF, and potentially Chicago or Seattle). However, I'm torn on whether I continue with the focus on Miami by terraforming over the main lake in the center of the map and include the Everglades

I think an EE school for the main part of the building, DE police station extension or something similar for the main entrance, EE apartments for the orange roof, a 2X2 high density apartment for the taller part, and not sure about the rounded part at the top
