Move it Manipulation Mode not working

When I try to grab the points on the road in Manipulation Mode, they deselect as I try to grab them. Basically, I can't select them, is this a bug?

I had the same issue. What helped is to hover over the point, click it and wait half a second or a second before you move it

You have to select the rest of the road first then manipulate
