Are there any mods or a potential for a mod with horizontal traffic lights?

I'd recon it's pretty easy. Just a mod to replace the defualt light props with the same but with horizontal signals. You'll also have to rotate the light texture, so the lights illuminate correctly.

once the game editor will allow for proper asset creation, I don't see any problem. Traffic light props in CS II support more advanced configuration (technically some mod could control each light separately if needed). Not use about placement, but I'm sure modders will figure it out
