Skyve is your best friend
remove all mods that use gooee and Dependency Pack
after this remove gooee and Dependency Pack from this folders

%Appdata%\..\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Mods

im not sure my self, but does on ss are the mods that doesn't work when it's offed

Gooee and DependencyPack

Gooee was a GUI modification mod which was made before the introduction of official modding. It works by brute forcing the game's UI which however prevents other mods with custom UI (Move It!, Find It!) to show up in game. Gooee is no longer being updated as its author has retired from modding.
DependencyPack was a dependency for Gooee.
It is recommended to remove both mod from all playsets, along with any mods that still use them. This mod can also leave corpse data on the user folder which is loaded by the game automatically even if Gooee is removed.
To find those, go to %LocalAppData%Low\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\ and look for folder named 'Gooee' and/or 'DependencyPack' in Mods and/or ModsData folder. Delete both if exists.
Use Skyve to stay up-to-date on broken/problematic mods.

i did that and now there was a problem with loading mods, there was a info that mods faild to load, and now thoes mods doesn't work

i did that, i cleaned cash, deleted the gooee and dep pack and still thoes mods doesn't work, the problem is still the same and now for some reaseon, when i start a city and map loads, game works like i have clicked ~ and disabled everything, im like in photo mode. I can't disable it, my ESC doesn't work and only thing i can do is to close the game by ALT+F4. i used the skyve and disabled mods that it said are faulty in some way

in skyve, ultitles.. click Reset mod cache, Clear pdxmod cache.,reset compatibilty.. then you click on "start synchro" ,let it refreh back to ready.. then try to launch the game.

so i turned off these mods that aren't able to load, and game works normaly. when find it is enabled game breakes. I can't load traffic same as the better buldozer and line tool. Still with any of thoes faulty mods game breaks when you go into some of cattegorys, for example roads. If there is no way to repair it i can live without them but i would like to still have traffic working
