The fire department response to fires is completly unrealistic, A huge building fire where there are over 50 causalties and only ONE firetruck responds, no ambulances just ONE firetruck and several hearses so by making it so several fire trucks respond would be much more realistic since there is several vehicle slots to the fire department and unless you have a forest fire or your whole city is burning they will never use more than one firetruck or two. Also in CS:1 several firetrucks responded which just looked nicer and made the fire look more serious and not like some sort of small occurence like it is in
My next point. Traffic Accidents
When there is a traffic accident a police car will always respond and a road maintenance vehicle but sometimes it feels like there only comes a road maintenece vehicle and no police car and NEVER any ambulances even if there are injured people so it just looks like somehow the magical road maintenece vehicle just completely solves the accident which could be several cars and trucks.
Prisons
For some reason there are never any prisoners in the prisons, there are hundreds of criminals and the crime is really low but MAX 5 prisoners, now I don't know if this is only me but I think maybe there should be more prisoners so that huge facility doesn't end up only having one prisoner and I know that this depends on how many live in the city but I have never had more than 5 prisoners in my prison with roughly 1000 criminals and a crime success rate of 10%
Also, there are no police officers, paramedics or firemen so you dont even see them, which CS:1 had but not CS:2?? Doesn't make sense how a game 10 years older has this detail but not this game.
And I know, this is a city builder and not an emergency services simulator but if this game wants to become the best city builder it can be I truly think they should implement this which just makes the game 100x better.
