#High Rise ban

Yes!! I sometimes find myself with buildings taller than I wanted them to be. This district policy would be great!
it was a policy in cities skylines one, why shouldnt it be in the second game.
The point of the highrise ban jn CS1 was to stop building from upgrading to levels 4&5
Pretty much to simulate medium density
Since medium density is in CS2
We don’t need a highrise ban
Ok yea
But I do not need buildings 2 billion feet tall
There’s a reason why high density is HIGH density
I want tall buildings that would work into a historic town
Or something that works like Saint Louis
All of these buildings are considered a high density building
However are not like New York
Same with KC
I like that idea, personally I like to just use low income buildings whenever there's high density need and I don't want massive buildings but there's still a gap between high rises and medium flats
Low rent always abadons for me and its really kinda the height of medium
yeah there's a big leap between medium and high density
and if buildings are abandoning you should probably stop making more before the demand bar fills up
you always gotta keep a little sliver or more left in the demand bar
I dont even like low rent
high density demand only goes down when I have high density
How else would high density go down?
when you build
the actual high density stuff
