As of now motorcycles take up as much space as cars in parking lots, it would make more sense to have a larger parking space dedicate to motorcycles in all parking lot assets. Here they would be able to park closer together.

True, mortgages drive differently than regular vehicles. Trucks should probably have a separate ai too to account for wide turns. I haven't payed attention to how trailers work in this game but the old game it was very unrealistic
