Starlight City is located just north of the capital of Boreas; Kustmetropolen. Starlight City is the second largest city in Boreas in terms of population. The city was incorporated in 1980 on the 31st of October. Canonically, the city's climate is colder than in-game. In 2023, the city is 43 years old, which is relatively new. Below here is the flag of Starlight City, inspired by the flag of Quebec.

cool
Current progress on the city.
Of course, the game is urging me to build SCP.
The highrise residential demand is through the roofs.
As of right now, here is the population density overview.
A shot of a part of SCP alongside a portion of the mainland.
The wavy building to the left in question is One Bloor; a mixed used skyscraper located in Toronto, Ontario, at 1 Bloor Street East.
Looking down upon the city as it snows.
The subway train in question has a similar appearance to that of the Toronto Rocket.
An interchange linking Norra Stjärnans Plats with Boreas Interstate 121. Due to the height of the freeway, the on/off ramps coming from the suspension bridge do a u-turn beneath the freeway to get lower and maintain a near-constant slope.
Uhhh, my game crashed.
Unfortunately, I cannot place down the Grass Crown, or else my game would crash from too many people living there, RENDERED.
A good look at the (current) Starlight City skyline from a bridge on Boreas Interstate 221.
A view of the east island from the top of one of the office buildings on the west island.
The Sun setting upon Starlight City.
Nice
Imma be honest, I haven't been posting images here for a while. (WTF did my game just crash)
One of the images I will be including for the post image when not in the post.
Oh wait, I cannot put in anymore images, whoops.
The Britannia Boulevard streetcar/tram running along Stockholm Street.
This freeway spur downgrades into a trunk road that connects to Southern Starlight.
On the left, what was once a part of a train depot has now been converted to a subway depot.
I was gonna call the district Delta Forestry, but now it's Delta Industry considering I wanted industry here.
The current transit network for Starlight City (very scuffed).
(soon outdated) The current population of my city.
Okay, maybe it's because it's just a bunch of medium and high density residential.
Oh, and I'm also currently rebuilding one of my interchanges that look likes an eyesore.
I have finished redesigning the (freeway bit of the) interchange and oh does it look crisp.
Let's just say, my city will have many clusters of skyscrapers instead of the one downtown cluster.
Uh, how?
Watch as housing begins to form around this urban expressway spur.
Same image as above, but the buildings around the urban expressway spur have been completed.
Here we have a U-turn for anyone in the single-lane part of these parallel streets- Why is South Korea still here?!
R u a fellow Québécois
what in the freeway
it looks rlly nice
West of that province.
This will soon be a part of a very long crossing.
This crossing in question transports regular rail and subway across a massive river delta.
This red line is where I plan on building this crossing.
I don't know when I plan on working on one of my side project cities.
The interchange near Floden Airport.
I love how Boreas Freeway 9E4 (it is now called that, the other one is 5E4) starts off as a express-collector highway with a WHOLE RIVER as the central median, then becomes a not-so-wide parkway, then a small sunken freeway before becoming a street.
