Lore-wise it is based on the NationStates country The Protectorate of Arasakian California. Like in most AC cities, the main mode of transportation is the car, however a deRail™ station is present. Construction of a port is planned, as well as a medium amount of land reclamation.

Thanks, there are no suburbs yet because I simply haven’t started building them yet. But they probably won’t be american-like

Just a few gated, luxury communities here and there, but the main populace will still live in densely-built Tong lau-like buildings.
