And yeah lol all of my projects in the past have been simply beautiful, from Port Lucia to Wagataō

dissapointingly, I soon realized that Wagato would not be finished before CS2 came out, which is why I continued on this

It’s what I’m using for this project, for my Krykisanov (Chernobyl) project I used Realistic (theme) + Relight3 aswell

I never really go into the settings and mess with the thing, I just choose a theme, and go through to find a relight that makes it look good

i use mixes

my grass is eg Crown Mountains

while sand or cliff can be SCT

i've been using Relight3Soft for a bit

Makoto provides a similar look but its temprerature is not right

Another big thing you can utilize is timing

If you have a mod where you can set the time to a certain point, usually sunset or sunrise on photos fixes a few aspects

Before taking this picture of wagatao, I changed the time to right after sunrise

And it made it look 75x better

i usually build at 11am time as it has an overhead sun

i do see a lot of switchbacks though

so i think you migh tneed a road that connects easily to the other side of map from san giovalo

doesnt have to be an highway

but more roads will definitely be added

would suggest using a more cobblestone road as it is european and quite old
