second is my entire progress, with the main city (for now) of San Ferni, and the college San Ferni State. It is a massive ore town and over 1,000 tons of ore and materials can be found within the town

the monterey mining corporation is worth 154 million dollars and began in San Ferni in 1993

they own two sites and over 100 acres of urban area

current population is about 7,500

worked a bit on the sprawl so we are almost done filling out neighborhoods, the side closer to UBSC is going to be posher mansions and stuff
