The Legion has resorted to fighting over a mound of sand instead of just creating a distraction that allows someone to grab Caesar's corpse. A single power armor can take on dozens of deathclaws. The Ghoul was able to massacre a platoon of power armored soldiers with zero effort.

The reason it's silly to have them be so easily beaten by a single guy in power armor is because there are a ton of securitrons with rocket launchers on the strip when it gets taken over. If all it takes is a rocket at their feet to turn them into goo, how did they take over the entire strip? It's just not thought out in any meaningful way. The show rocks and does a lot right, but the inability to see that it has flaws is just being naive
