Fair. I’m not really on the Judy bandwagon either but more for the reasons Johnny says. She has no foresight- she’s impulsive as hell and acts without considering or caring about the consequences of her actions, especially when they’ll affect other people. When she rounded up those joytoys at clouds she should’ve figured that doing so would obviously invite the tyger claws to retaliate in a really bad way. And she already knew Maiko and what kind of persona she was, and she was still surprised pikachu face when she went off the rails
