Idk if they changed anything but when i was fishing like 2 years ago with a Fancy Rod i was making 1-2 elcyum in 3 days. Not a reliable way to gather the amount it needs, better AH

Last time I made a +10 bloody set i bought the +10 base armor parts from ah. Made them enhanced and then bloody myself and added attributes 180 on all parts. Total cost 180-200b if Im not mistaken.
But ofc it depends on market price of items and availability. Ppl were selling sets for 250-300 at that time. This was 6 months ago I think

If you do not have some LUC base and this is your first time enchanting, its better to just buy the base itself from AH ^.

I dont think its even possible to make a full set +10 without a decent amount of black save tickets. And idk how the market is with black tickets right now

Cheapest way was: enchant parts to +2 with ear, then enchant to +7 or 8 with giant scrolls then try black cards. But atm giant scrolls expensive also we were making giant scrolls and giant lucky armor stones with alchemy so when making bulk enchanting like 100 parts with that way usually a set we were making. If you ask me the cheapest way atm. Look market and when gamblers need fast adena they sell cheaper than cost prices. Buy from them. Or follow AH for cheap parts and when you see under 22b buy parts to complete your +10 set. It will cost u like extra 100b for making enhanced then pve. Or you can wait a promo for pve armor stones and get stones at promo which will decrease cost of stones that can add you extra lower cost for making pve it can affect like -20b . After making set you can add attribute to 180 by using 11b. So overall a set will cost you around 180-200b range. Last set i made cost like 260b black cards were 900kk. So I prefer you to wait a nice promo to get cheap black cards. Or directly buy from shops when u see pve r110 set under 220b.

When enchanting you also need to take into consideration the luc your char has. Low luc , low chances. Even if you decide to buy the set, you can get one at around 240b which is not way over the cost to produce one. At the end you will avoid the luc problem .
or as Emily says, maybe you find with 220 🙂
Current LUC cap is 119 - fyi
