#Looping audio always creating a sharp blip at the loop point

i'd suspect it to be more of a source issue. is the blip audible in an exported project?
Hmm it isn't when I play it in like windows media player, but is when I play it in gamemaker
as in the gamemaker audio importer, not via code
could you post the audio file?
yea usually you cant hear those blips at the end on media player
but yea seems like an issue with the audio file itself
you can use some programs to cut the end bit where the blip is happening
Hmm so I guess what I am trying to do is create a perfect sinewave, but... it's likely impossible to perfectly cut a sinewave?

but idk try opening your audio with something like darkaudacity
see if theres a blip at the end of the file and remove it right there
it is. but phase needs to align
