Alarms execute in a separate event, not within the same event

You'll have to move Set Instance Alpha to the alarm event

Also Alarm 60 is incorrect

The Countdown is what will tick down, which is already set to 60 and that can be left untouched

In this case, you'd want Set Instance Colour in Alarm 1
