Does salvaging a card affect how good it is?

Because the salvaged units are 1/1 with a cost cap at 3k. Also, the earliest you'll be able to salvage a unit is turn 3 (used to be turn 1), so you're often behind on tempo. In order to compensate for the bad tempo, there's some Finnish infantries that buff salvaged units and make them very competitive

Yes, it will lower its cost to 3k

So if you salvage a B-17, it will be a 3k 3op 1/1 HA1
