Reduced cost to 0k; secondary effect now says "If in combat, apply this unit attack first"

STRATEGIC STRIKE:
Reduced cost to 2k; Add a TIGER I-H with -2 cost in your hand and: "Deployment: Destroy target enemy unit with cost 5 or less".
