Why I make this suggestion is that komet been in the spotlight for so long and I think it might be best if we reserved it but get back FW 190 JAGDBOMBER to make up for it?

but if it get rotated than fw 190 jagdbomber comes back than and so it's only broken in classic not in ranked or causle

Nah, it may be powerful, but it still has an specific targeting effect which sucks against faster decks with more cheaper units (like Jaggro)
