I know someone put effort into them, but they don't improve the quality for some players and often just waste time and make me angry.
I don't need to see an animation for collecting gold, I just want to move on as quickly as possible not wait for a stupid clinking sound.
I don't need to see an animation for when I get one of many packs that I really just want to move past and get to something useful.
I ESPECIALLY don't need to see an actually nauseating animation that makes me feel sick to watch every time I open up a pack.
I'm not so concerned about the animations in battles, it's the animations in the menus that really just waste time and occur over and over and over again that bother me.
Please just add a toggle for them so that I and other players don't have to waste their time. I doubt this would be terribly difficult and would significantly improve quality of life. As a bonus for the developers as well, the less time players spend staring at animations is more time they might be playing the game and spending money on it. The fact that the pack opening animation is so nauseating genuinely deters me from wanting to buy large numbers of them because then I'd be forced to watch the animation, which I really don't want to do.
