yeah maybe, might be just something you have to eat and carry on. Its probably not that different than getting highrolled by a player who thinks picking 6 buff cards is good in draft
still, don't think anyone should ever lose a draft game in this manner. You just have to accept its a total gamble at that point

Changes aren't gonna happen cause sometimes it feels bad to lose to like bismarck
It's way to subjective and involves like randomly hitting cards that aren't very good
That scenario wouldn't be any different if they played komet or literally any blitz units and killed you in the same manner
Generally bismarck is a pretty weak do nothing card in draft
It ain't really a problem that needs to be dealt with
