Bergetiger have strange "once per turn" effect, how u want make it worth here? If we target our tank with something or enemy do it?

Horten, well its just big bomber with blitz, to be honest u would just give it 1OP cost, to make it worth as Elite, becaus actualy version is more or less like Special rarity card.

Bergetiger sems ok, nothing really strong to be honest in my opinion. Maybe give it bonus effect to his heal, something like: Guard for 1 turn?
So something like the effect "At the start of your turn, fully repair targeted allied tank and give it Guard until the start of your next turn."
