I thought I deleted the post... but the effect numericals also increase, for example GRIEF now reduce OC by 2 instead of 1, MAUS destroy ≤4 and deal 3 dmg a pop. Also works with other nations' cards

also many tanks becomes 3 oc, so it works with some strong US cards
