I haven't actually checked it, but suppress also resets the OP cost if it's been changed?

I don't know if the wounding effect fits this card, maybe it's better to give the effect "Whenever this card operates..."? But apart from that it looks ok, it's supposedly great stats, but the flaw in the form of the OP cost and suppressor balances it out appropriately.

Well, leaving aside the topic of how the effect is activated, the card seems ok. Nothing too much, there's no point in playing cards like Land of the Free or Bolster the Ranks with it, so it won't be possible to abuse it too much in this way. It'll mostly be a pain in the ass unit that we want to add to the front as soon as possible and leave the opponent to suffer. Nothing outstanding, but it has some use.
