Does it have blitz? Because from the black Chinese font I assume it does, but it doesn't say so in the author's post, so I don't assume so xD If it didn't have blitz, it seems ok. With blitz it's more like a power creep of the second version of Italian cavalry, I would give it Special rarity then I guess.
But in general it's cool to develop the cavalry motif in Italy, in general you could say they were known for it, it would be cool to create an archetype based on it like the T-34 or Sherman.
