#Buff for Eagle claws, choose frontline or supportline

As simple as the title says, just give this order a little more of flexibility, instead of only being able to damage all enemy units in the supportline, you can now choose between damaging the units in the supportline of frontline.

As sometimes you may find yourself in a situation where you have this order but you can't use it reliably as the threat is in the frontline.

Also germany doesn't have that many answers against frontline threats, so this could do nicely, or maybe not and keep this idea for a future order with more rarity and maybe higher cost.

This is getting complicated. The idea to pick which front to dmg is fine but up the cost to 4k. Just keep the damn dmg at 2

well, countermeasures work but they can be easily avoided if you read your opponent, and there are some blitz tanks, but any nation has those.

well, I meant blitz units in general as an answer to clear threats, germany has mainly tanks for that but no orders
