Germany most certainly didn’t abuse this card whatsoever (play both doctrines by T4 and play a 4k tank on top of that)

ngl reich change barely did anything if not make it better for germany itself, as an Ally order it's pretty good cause many orders from other nations were powerful like the US and the ramp mechanic lol, and the interesting comeback of commando for example. But germany can easily play around this with Unit focused decks. There;s not much the enemy can do against Panther D on turn 4 lol. It worked before and it still works after nerf
